Disarmed Collingdale Officer Reassigned After Tragic Death
15 year Collingdale police veteran Donald Frazier was removed from duty by the mayor after his girlfriend Nancy Dukes, 33, died from a self inflicted wound with his .38 revolver. He may return to work in security at 8 a.m. Monday, with same pay but not back on patrol. Family lawyers plan to review CID findings and argue for reinstatement with back wages.
