Foster mother stands by Utley

Rose Marie Noble, a Springfield foster mother, traveled to a regional court in Collingdale to support Howard Utley, the 18 year old charged with vehicular homicides while intoxicated. The preliminary hearing was postponed to July 3 at his attorney's request. Utley, jailed on crutches after a fiery crash that killed two teens, had lived in foster homes most of his life. Noble says she loves him and would testify as a character witness, though she could not attend.
