Three Arrested in Delaware Grand Larceny Case
Delaware State Police arrested two adults and a 15 year old for grand larceny and conspiracy after police spotted them leaving Magness Construction Co with 125 dollars of plywood and other materials on a pickup. Jerry Denham 25 of Bethel and Thomas Donohue 29 of Wilmington face charges and are free on bond for superior court. A Newport youth was released to parents for juvenile court action.
