Minister Leaves County to Direct Upward Bound
Rev. Clyde A. Black and his wife Carsi leave Fellowship of the Master after three years to lead Earlham College Upward Bound. He will direct the program and teach in the school of religion, guiding 60 low income high school students through eight weeks on campus with academics, cultural activities, tutoring, and homeward reintegration. The couple also taught in the Chester School District and worked with youth programs, believing education and care can overcome stereotypes and improve opportunity.
