State hears support dog case in Philadelphia
In a fact finding session the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission weighs a discrimination complaint filed by 11 year old Michael Gaudiello Jr. against Delaware County Intermediate Unit and Rose Tree Media School District over banning his service dog Ashley from Glenwood Elementary School. Michael and his mother Jane, with attorney Kyle Burch, remain optimistic that state law requiring access for support dogs will prevail as the inquiry continues with a potential hearing and appeals if needed.
