Dioxin found at chem plant in New Jersey

Dioxin contamination detected inside the Givaudan chemical plant near Clifton near Public School 8 and about 30 nearby homes. Gov. Kean said testing begins immediately and contamination is believed confined to the plant interior with no off site threat. levels range from .04 to 11 parts per billion in core samples.
