Four die as twin-engine plane crashes near New Castle
A Beechcraft with eight aboard crashed about 2 45 p m while attempting to land at New Castle County Airport. Four people including ITC Inc chairman Peter Osterchrist and his wife were killed. Pilot James Ball and co pilot James Kestner also died. Debris fell near Interstate 95 as investigators begin probe.
