Man linked to Nazis faces U S immigration case in Philly
The U S Attorney says Jonas Stelmokas aged 75 from the 200 block of a local street concealed his service in the Lithuanian Schutzmannschaft during 1941 42 when the battalion aided Nazi Germany and helped persecute Jews. The suit seeks revocation of his citizenship amid other Nazi ties. It notes prior cases against Schiffer and Breyer and more than 500 active investigations.
