Firefighter and cop save boy on I 95
A 4-year-old boy stopped breathing in a car on Interstate 95. Police officer Joseph Vandegrift and Chief Tony Capasso, both in the right place at the right time, revived him and rushed him to Crozer-Chester Medical Center where he regained breathing and was listed in stable condition. Capasso, a part time officer, said the rescue was performed as they assisted a brush fire crew. Vandegrift had previously received a commendation for saving a 3-month-old in April.
