Man to stand trial in death of wife in fire

Investigators testified that a Chester Township man had no injuries after claiming he broke a dining room window to escape a fatal arson fire that killed Ozella Leggette. William Leggette Sr., 41, faces murder and arson charges for the Toby Farms blaze.
