Prosecutor Walks Out as Judge Denies Delay in Morris Firing Hearing
Scott County Attorney Kathleen Morris faced a dismissal probe over child sex abuse cases as her counsel boycotted after a judge refused delay. Attorney Steve Doyle said seven new allegations were added and he learned of one only at start. Gov. Perpich formed the commission in March to review Morris's handling of the cases tied to Jordan, a small town southwest of Minneapolis.
