Point Pleasant ruling delayed again
A Commonwealth Court judge delayed a permanent injunction on permits for a controversial Bucks County water project. An order placing the project on hold was extended to Thursday for a further hearing. North Wales and North Penn water authorities filed a $200 million suit against state and local agencies over permit disposition and project future.
