Panel clears Cheyney in wrongful dismissal dispute
The Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board ruled Cheyney University did not unfairly dismiss Dr. Wilmot Fraser in 1987 amid campus cuts. Fraser, an 18 year veteran, said he may appeal as the university maintains his was the least senior in the Social Sciences Department. He has struggled to find work since leaving Cheyney.
