Seven women have alleged that Dr Samuel L Lyness a 52 year old neurosurgeon faces charges in Media Pa for voluntary deviate sexual intercourse indecent assault and indecent exposure Over nine years the women say he assaulted them in his Bryn Mawr Pa office and Paoli Hospital After a May closed hearing Assistant DA Janet Hauser argued the cases form a linked pattern Although one patient was acquitted last month in Montgomery County Court of sexually molesting a teen patient the jury will hear the remaining charges and the seven alleged victims are named in transcripts
