Middletown plans approve subdivision and retirement facility
The township planning commission preliminarily approves a 10 lot subdivision on the Kate Wall estate near Black Hawk Spring on Barren Road and grants final approval to Open Door Estates for a retirement facility opposite Fair Acres. The panel rejects Grant Benham’s request for R-4 B zoning on the Darlington tract, which would permit 714 units, as the plan envisions fewer. Darlington tract plans move to council Monday.
