Movie to film in Radnor aims for June 1981 release
Delaware County will contribute at least 12000 toward an estimated 15000 cost for two duty police officers during filming. Production manager Dean O'Brien from Columbia says daily costs, sets, props, and extras tap into a $300000 to $450000 budget. The plan includes using Pennsylvania National Guard for four weeks and hiring forty local youths as cadets with no name actors.
