Charo Opens Tour With Bold Onstage Interview Show

On opening night Charo staged a provocative interview and performance featuring a middle aged man stripping and performing a cuchi cuchi. A Wilmington critic and date discussed personal topics including sex lives at an after show reception for the Variety Club. Charo praised the man for his chutzpah as she courted bows. She apologized in Spanish at one point and joked about age while claiming agelessness. Her act blends flamenco flair with risqué humor and crowd-pleasing antics.
