Oswego Glory leaks offshore near Cape Henlopen

A Liberian oil tanker named Oswego Glory leaked in the Delaware Bay area six miles northeast of Cape Henlopen but caused no damage. About 3 million gallons of light crude from Saudi Arabia were on board as two divers attempted to patch the hole with epoxy. cold water may have slowed the leak. The ship is operated by Oswego Marine Corp of Monrovia Liberia.

Kissinger to teach diplomacy at Georgetown after office

Thornbury Supervisors named Harry P Forbes Jr as chairman and Alan J Walker Jr as vice chair. Fred P Glazier became roadmaster. Levine to guest conduct Philadelphia Orchestra at Academy of Music

Piano soloist James Levine will appear with The Philadelphia Orchestra at the Academy of Music Philadelphia this weekend. He will perform Bach Concerto in F minor for Piano and String Orchestra as soloist and guest conductor. Levine has just become music director of the Metropolitan Opera this season.
