RIDLEY TOWNSHIP Rev Lonnie Ford pastor of First Baptist Church Woodlyn will celebrate his first anniversary with a Sunday 3 p.m. service at the church. The speaker will be Dr W H R Powell pastor of Shiloh Baptist Philadelphia. Powell a Virginia Seminary graduate and Lincoln University Chester County alumnus earned a doctor of divinity. Ordained 1913 he has led Shiloh for 45 years and founded the Hol Reba Bible Conference on his Cullen Virginia farm. He also served as Virginia Seminary president for 15 years.
