Chester man cleared of lottery and gambling charges
A 26 year old Chester man Andre Singleton was found innocent in a non jury trial before Delaware County Judge Robert T. Kelly on charges including lottery and gambling. Singleton, linked to former racketeer Herman Hunt Fontaine, was arrested September 20, 1979 at the Bull Moose Cafe.
