Priest sues over wrongful arrest in Gentlemn Bandit case
Wilmington based suit filed in U S District Court accuses Rev Bernard Pagano of unlawful arrest and rights violations after he was suspected in the 1978 79 Delaware robberies that ended with Ronald Clouser's confession and Pagano’s charges dropped.
