State auditor official calls probe target in job sale case
A top official in the state auditor general’s office denies involvement but admits he could be a logical suspect in a grand jury probe into the alleged sale of state jobs and promotions. Russell J. Biggica, director of personnel, says he could be the target though he denies any wrongdoing.
