Victor M. Costellio of 219 Edgewood Road Folsom died at 5 50 a m in Delaware County Medical Examiner’s Office after a Friday crash on Ebright Road in Ridley Township. His car veered into a ditch and struck a tree, injuring him critically. Police investigated.
