Guilty plea in campus indecent assault case at Villanova
A Villanova student pled guilty in Delaware County Court to indecent assault after an April encounter with a 20 year old woman on campus. Tony Cavallo received two years probation from Judge Domenic D. Jerome. Separately, state police arrested two Nether Providence residents in Upper Providence for alleged drug violations, discovering marijuana and a scale in a car.
