Baby battle back in court in custody case
In Philadelphia a custody fight over 16 month old Rachael Marie dominated a Superior Court hearing. Lawyers for Thomas and Wendy Yack urged reversing a lower court ruling awarding the child to her mother Mary Elizabeth Hazler while Hazler and father Robert Grimes argued she should stay with the mother. An attorney for the child urged remand to Northampton County Court with counsel for the child. Judges Frank J. Montemuro and James R. Cavanaugh presided.
