A 24 year old woman Judy Wernsing of New Hartford died at Clarion Osteopathic hospital after a head on crash on Route 66 near New Bethlehem. Her fiancé Richard George 22 Hawthorn and car driver Thomas Hankin 50 Clarion were severely injured. Firemen and hospital staff treated several others including George's parents and three firemen who fell ill.
