ENSLIE OGLESBY of Dallas will design the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts to be built in the Fort Concho quartermaster storehouse. The exterior will mirror fort restoration, interior will be modern, remodeling to start early 1982 and open in fall 1982.
Valeriano Rodriguez Gonzalez was convicted on three counts of alien smuggling. He received 179 days on the first count, two months on the second, and a six month suspended sentence with a $500 fine on the third. Four undocumented Mexicans were arrested after a Border Patrol stop at Pecan and Nicholson Streets.
