Del Rio Council Approves Water Line Replacements
Del Rio residents of Palomino Park Mobile Home Community on Veterans Boulevard won council support for replacing water lines. Owner Philip Rafai and dozens of residents attended to seek the work after the public utilities commission unanimously urged repairs. City officials noted no final agreement on cost responsibility between Rafai and the city.
