Cadena Crowned Miss Del Rio 2004 2005
Karah Lynn Cadena, 16, daughter of Dr. Louis and Sheila Cadena, won the International Good Neighbor Council Miss Del Rio title after beating eight contestants. Nadia Clarissa Mota was first runner up and Joanna Garza second runner up. Cadena expressed disbelief as the crowd cheered during her victory walk.
