Fiesta de Amistad Opens with Crowns for Del Rio
Del Rio and Ciudad Acuna begin Fiesta de Amistad events with crowning of Miss Del Rio and Miss Del Rio Teen. The celebration runs into next week, culminating in the Grand International Parade on October 22 and an arts festival on October 22 and 23. Local organizers of the Del Rio Ciudad Acuna chapter of the International Good Neighbor Council supervise activities.
