War duty leaves lasting mark on Del Rio Marine
Pfc. Jacob Fernandez, 19, son of Ralph Fernandez and Midiam Flores, reflects on six months in Iraq with Operation Iraqi Freedom. He enlisted in 2002 after graduating from Del Rio High School and says service is his duty.
