County opens bids for sports complex Monday morning
Verda Verde County Commission held a brief session to open four bids for the Garza Street sports complex. RC Holt Construction Co led with 428,630 while Jay Miller Construction offered 488,000 and Deeman Construction 566,902. Single Contracting 587,600. Engineers will review by Oct 14 ahead of a court vote. No local tax money will be used.
