Seniors Set for Ram Stadium Commencement Ceremony
Hilton Huang to address seniors at Ram Stadium on Friday at 8 pm for the Class of 2000. Salutatorian Chun-Tien Daniel Huang will speak, sixth ranking Andrew Steffey to read an inspirational piece. Eloy Barrera to serve as master of ceremonies. ROTC color guard, band, and guest speaker Dr. Romo to participate.

One dead in single vehicle rollover near Langtry
A 60 year old woman Cecilia Celaya from Tabasco Mexico was killed when a 1998 Ford Explorer rolled over on U S Highway 90 West about eight miles from Langtry. Her relatives Carlota Alma Urby 46 and Jesus Urby 21 were injured and flown to University Hospital San Antonio. Celaya was not wearing a seat belt while the Urbys were restrained. Celaya pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Virgilio Luna. Jesus and Carlota remained hospitalized in critical and stable condition respectively.

Del Rio honors Lt. Tom Romanelli for 28 years of service
