Building memorial naming honors all Del Rio veterans
The San Felipe Del Rio CISD trustees voted 6-1 to name the AFJROTC building as a memorial for all Del Rio soldiers who died in conflicts. The lone dissent came from Gloria Aquilino who favored renaming after late AIC Raymond Losano. The board stressed honoring current and past veterans, with Losano’s name debated amid broader memorial possibilities.
