Special to the News Herald Stephen Carey Price of Del Rio is among 224 degree candidates to be recognized at the University of Texas at Tyler spring commencement in Tyler. Price, a May graduate with a bachelor of science in criminal justice, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Waller O. Trees of Del Rio. The ceremony recognizes those who completed degree requirements in fall 1980 or spring 1981.
