RACKETTVILLE reports a near upset as Albert A. Postell leads County Judge Tommy Seargeant by 178 votes in Precinct 4 with about 400 votes counted at 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Postell tally climbs to 455 across three reporting precincts versus 277 for Seargeant, with more results pending. The partial results also show contests for Precinct 4 Commissioner and other local offices awaiting full tabulation.
