County delays finish of Val Verde animal control facility
County Commissioner Lewis Owens says the Val Verde Animal Control facility, started July 2016, will finish in the next few months due to manpower limits and budget constraints. The 2125 square foot site will house 12 dogs and include an office, restrooms, and a car holding area with a $78,000 combined budget for construction and operating costs.
