Del Rio Sees Warm February Records Tied And Raised
Del Rio records show a 93 degree high on Feb 23 tied for the city and an 85 year old record broken on Feb 9. The 90 degree mark in 2017 eclipsed the 89 degree record from 1932. Del Rioans in an online poll largely agree global warming is real while others see mild winters as normal.

The Laredo and McAllen Vet Centers will host a Veterans Information Fair from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday March 6 2017 at the Texas Veterans Commission Del Rio office. The Laredo mobile center will provide individual and family counseling, group sessions, bereavement and trauma services, benefits referrals, and community liaison with VA backing.
