Former USPS supervisor Ruben Vinton Leal was found guilty on all but one count after a five day trial with co defendant Jose Luis Hinojosa. Prosecutors tied Leal to accepting bribes and aiding fraudulent claims tied to vehicle parts and stamp losses at the Bedell Avenue Post Office. The verdict came after jury deliberations and a court delay for building work in the federal courthouse.
