Gonsalez was elected As an alternate Delegate at last weekends democratic state convention in Houston and was elevated to Delegate to replace mrs Gutierrez by the Texas delegation to the National democratic convention in a meeting following the state convention co Leys lawyer Lehmann said he will go to Austin and request a meeting with Texas Secretary of state Mark White monday in an Effort to resolve the Issue Lohmann indicated he has been in Contact with Whites office if it cannot be resolved without Legal action Lohmann said he will file suit in the state District court in Travis county monday against Secretary of state Mark White and the state democratic executive committee Lohmann said the suit will seek an injunction against the initial certification of mrs Carmen Gutierrez
