Harald Peary aged 34 and Miss Holliday aged 22 wed by Justice Sade Plummer in Yerpington Nevada. The marriage follows a previous California divorce from Betty Peary four years earlier. A premature announcement had halted divorce plans in Las Vegas where no statutory waiting period exists.

Seattle dated report says Robert W. Craig, first member of the Bradford Washburn expedition, fears for the safety of three University of Alaska students Morton Would, Gordon Schumann, and Gurion Hand who have not been seen for two weeks since leaving Wonder Lake during a Mount McKinley ascent. Washburn planned to lead an expedition southward if they contacted the party, but their status remained unknown as of Saturday.
Rep Havenner proposes a bill to create a Navy museum on Treasure Island in San Francisco Bay. The measure would authorize a $300,000 appropriation for the project, located between San Francisco and Oakland. The plan references the site's history as a large Navy war training base and requests classified advertisement details.
