An outspoken Del Rio resident and former hospital board member Diana Sotelo Zertuche died this morning at age 70. She owned Zertuche Insurance on Kings Way and served nearly three decades in Del Rio, best known for community work. Funeral services are pending. she and spouse Marie A. Zertuche celebrated 49 years of marriage with three daughters Kathryn Marie JoAnn and Tammy Jane.
