Daughters of the Confederacy member dies after street crash
A Sanamerita Chapter member and former Daughters of the Confederacy officer died when struck by an Airline Motor Coach bus on Gambly Road 9336, as police stated the bus northbound, Parks walked west across the road. Survived by husband Charles B. Chlethiin and daughter Barbara Cararen among relatives. Deputy Sheriff F Sikes reports the incident.
