Two Airmen Cited For Saving Child
SAN ANTONIO AP two airmen were cited for saving 2 year old Melissa Clevenger from drowning in Lake Nasworthy near San Angelo. Sgt Wilfred R Frink of Tacoma Washington and Airman J C William R Hollenbeck of Frankfort Michigan performed artificial respiration and mouth to mouth resuscitation after the child fell in. They were on temporary duty at Goodfellow Air Force Base. The San Angelo Police commended the airmen for saving the child, daughter of Mr and Mrs David Clevenger.

Officers Find Man Under Bed In Burglary Case
Police detain 22 year old Oscar Lomas Guerrero after a burglary inside a private residence on Bridge Street. Neighbors reported a man entering the home at 313 Bridge St and police found Guerrero hiding under a bed after arriving upon a neighbor’s call from 320 Bridge.
