Board Approves T-41 Contract For New Term
The Del Rio International Airport Board approves a 15 month contract with Bell Flying Service of Pensacola Florida to operate the Undergraduate Pilot Training program at Laughlin AFB beginning July 1. Bell pays 1 per flying hour to Del Rio with water supplied free by City County and other utilities at standard rates. The board approves paving plans with Bell covering the cost upfront and reimbursement via monthly deductions, and grants a lease to Rodney C Robertson for Val Verde Aero to open at the airport by month end.
