New York stock market remained mostly steady after two-session decline. The Dow Jones industrial average fell 1.35 to 1835.84 by noon on Wall Street, while gainers edged losers in the New York Stock Exchange tally following Monday's 45.75 point drop.
The Seminole Indian Scout Association of Brackettville plans a pre Juneteenth Color Explosion fashion show and disco at Tarver School Ground with $2 admission. The Falcon Square Dancers perform Friday at Laughlin AFB Recreation Center. TEXAS TOPS 265 meets at Del Rio National Bank Community Room with weigh in at 6 and meeting at 7. Alpha Chapter 178 meets at Masonic Temple on Bedell for officer elections.
John Pope organizes a Del Rio reunion for his seven siblings and their families from Angleton Houston and San Antonio with 26 attendees. Plans include dancing shopping in Ciudad Acuna Mexico visits to Lake Amistad and participation in Las Vegas Night at The Firehouse.
National Park Service offers two evening programs at Governor's Landing Campground. On Thursday 8:45 p.m. the talk Furs Feathers and Scales explores wildlife, and Friday features Roadside Flowers of Amistad at the same site. Also note Boy Scout Troop 255 parent meeting Thursday 7:30 p.m. at TEC Office.

Arnoldo Gomez a 52-year-old retired master sergeant died Monday at Laughlin Air Force Base hospital. Full military honors were given at Oak Lawn Memorial Park with son Robert Gomez sounding taps. Survivors include Teresa Gomez and numerous Gomez siblings. Graveside rites preceded by services at Don's Funeral Chapels.
Del Rio police respond to a burglary report involving Lico Gonzalez. Investigation ongoing with authorities collecting details and reviewing security footage to identify suspects and secure evidence. Local officials urge residents to report suspicious activity.
