Charles Grant Estes 28 of Stratford Oklahoma, an escapee from Texarkana Federal Prison since May 1966, was captured in Del Rio by Police Sgt Chester Forth and an FBI agent. He was held in Del Rio City Jail and will be delivered to U.S. Marshal Bohks for return to Texarkana.
