Copter air lifts badly hurt Del Rio boy
Armando Garcia Jr a 14 year old Del Rio resident was rushed to Methodist Hospital San Antonio by MAST helicopter after a motorcycle pickup crash at 9 30 AM He suffered massive head injuries and was listed in poor condition before being airlifted by MLAS T to San Antonio arriving about 12 10 PM The accident occurred as his motorcycle collided with a pickup driven by Gomesino Fateon 35 of Arteaga Street The helmet was knocked off and the bike struck the right side of the pickup which had its entire right side caved in Fateon had recently bought the pickup and planned to use it for a sheep shearing crew transfer The youth was expected to arrive at the San Antonio hospital early this afternoon with no new condition information available before press time.

Officials Tour Panther Cave At Amistad Lake Visit

Three Suspects Freed On Bonds
Three burglary suspects arrested Sunday are free after posting $31,000 in bonds. Dorotee T. Ochoa, 17, of 346 E. Morn &J., charged with burglary, posted a $5,000 bond for an auto wash break in. Mark Allen Jones, 22, and David Lee Dvorak, 18, both of Midland, paid $3,000 each for burglary at Lexington Apts. Sunday.
