Del Rio men arrested after street scuffle and gun clash
Del Rio police arrested Donovan Villarreal, 19, on a second degree felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and Josue Librado Pena, 21, on a Class A misdemeanor unlawfully carrying a weapon. Both suspects, residents of Brackettville, were taken into custody after a Sunday incident at 406 Martinez St involving a handgun and a knife according to DRPD affidavits.

TSA to service Del Rio airport in September
