At 10 a.m. on Christmas morning hundreds of children waited for Santa in Brown Plaza Hall. Fidel Navarro arrived with police escort as Project NINO coordinator Ruben Barragan and volunteers distributed age appropriate gifts plus bags of fruit and hot dogs.
